We are extremely excited to be bringing Run and Rave to Eastbourne and collaborating with our good friends at GRS 🤩 Expect high energy rave tunes blasting from our portable sound system as we run along the sea front of Eastbourne. It’s going to be a fun, energetic and social Friday evening out!

The fun doesn’t stop when the run stops! Join us at the post run social to enjoy a well deserved FREE 0% drink on us, which is the perfect place to meet like-minded people and listen to a bit of music!

Please remember to bring appropriate footwear and optional head torch as it will be dark! We will be giving out glow sticks to light up the run some color.
